The Knowledge Hub was founded by five passionate students – Ayesha, Jolle, Megan, Merlin, and David – as part of our final project for the LDE Honours Programme. What began as a simple assignment quickly transformed into a heartfelt mission as we delved deeper into the world of organic foods.
